Write a reflection on today’s Spider Web discussion. What did you hear and how did it go? Review the discussion rubric and assess yourself on your performance as an individual and as a class.
Block C:
Continue working on your "private geography" map and vignette. Remember, the vignette is an exercise in descriptive writing to get your started in the process of SHOWING, not TELLING. Upload your vignette to the google classroom, and remember that your first draft of your personal narrative is due on Friday. The vignette and the personal narrative do NOT need to be on the same topic, but they CAN be if it works for your writing purpose.
Block E:
Read and mark up the poem “Reservation Mathematics” for our next class. Read True Diary to page 113.
Block F:
Read your IR book and bring your notes on "Influences" and "Genetics" to our next class. We'll finish our group discussions and presentations then.
